Our client (Amsterdam region) operates worldwide and is therefore looking for a experienced teamplayer with the ability to make a difference and to;
Manage and execute the full payroll cycle for our EMEA countries;
Processing and validating input and output;
Attend payroll specific queries;
Maintain an excellent relationship with the payroll providers;
Ensure the timely payment of salaries, social security & taxes;
Coördinate with the Finance Department and HR Department relating to payroll bookings;
Make sure we are compliant with all relevant laws and procedures and Safeguard payroll procedures & internal controls

Are you a Highly experienced payroll specialist with advisory capabilities;
With Thorough knowledge of full EMEA payroll processes
Do you have Proven experience with managing/organizing international tax cases a nd Proven experience with expatriate procedures, such as 30% ruling/ assignments;
Do you have Compensation and Benefits experience in various countries;
Experience in structuring/improving payroll protocols/procedures;
A Proactive approach towards issues and are you detail focused and have you got the ability to work under pressure?
